#6 Honey Madeleines & Chignin-Bergeron

Symbol of conviviality, the madeleine is often present during children's afternoon tea or coffee break. The fact of “soaking your madeleine” goes hand in hand with a hot drink but as you can imagine we are going to pair it with a wine.

With the soft and melting texture, scented with a buttery and honeyed nuance you have to look for a wine generous and rich in flavors such as a Chignin-Bergeron Les Filles, Domaine Partagé-Gilles Berlioz.

This cuvée reveals delicious aromas of apricot, exotic fruits and honeyed character, opulent wine with a fresh balanced finish.

Few words about the wines ;

4.5 hectares worked like a goldsmith in the sumptuous Massif des Bauges, each of the cuvées has their terroir and their own history, La cuvée Les Filles because it is only ladies who harvest this plot.
