#4 Pasta Bolognese & Teroldego

An Italian well-know dish, Pasta Bolognese has become an essential dish in all family kitchens around the world.

But what to drink with? We need a wine that can go with the pronounced taste of beef, the fragrance of the aromatic herbs, and the acidity of the tomato.

For example an expression of the Trentino with a typical grape variety the Teroldego on the cuvée Sgarzon from Azienda Agricola Foradori, this wine has fermented in an amphora which will give it a fine tannic presence but above all a superb aroma of spices, dark cherries and roast coffee hint.

Few Words about the wine ;

The Trentino hidden in the mountainous region a beautiful landscape that is natural and relaxing.

The owner, Elisabetta Foradori and her sons Emilio and Theo, are just like their wines and this region: kind, smiling and life-affirming.

A particular mention to the white wines made by Noziola and Manzoni Bianco, they combine freshness and complexity.
